New merchandise carries the manufacturer's warranty and may be returned for service to Studio E Music, or to any factory authorized repair center. Used merchandise purchased from this site carries a 30-day warranty from Studio E Music, Inc., or the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty repairs for used merchandise outside the manufacturer's warranty must returned to Studio E Music for service. Products which are defective upon delivery must be reported to Studio E Music within 48 hours of delivery. Studio E Music will then cover return freight for service or exchange (excluding international orders).
