All guitar repairs are done on-site at Studio E Music. If your instrument must be shipped to us, you are responsible for proper packaging, insurance, and shipping to our store. Return shipping will be billed to your credit card after the repairs are completed. Allow 1-3 weeks for instruments which you ship to us. Walk-in repairs are usually ready for pickup in much less time.
